  • Set a vision, direction and plans to grow Templestowe Baptist Church.

  • Build and lead the Ministry Teams.

  • Competent preacher/teacher and effective communicator.

  • Prayerful, devoted to the Bible and Reliant on the Holy Spirit.

  • Sense of Call.

  • Able to demonstrate pastoral heart through service.
